  • Studied at the Royal Academy of Music, where he graduated with the Queen’s Commendation for Excellence
  • Completed his master’s degree at Kronberg Academy with Nobuko Imai in 2019 and participated in Chamber Music Connects the World of Kronberg Academy
  • Is a BBC New Generation Artist and Borletti-Buitoni Trust fellow
  • Performed as a soloist with, among others, the Chamber Orchestra of Europe, Orchester de Chambre de Paris, Hamburger Symphoniker, Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich, Orchester National de Lille, Camerata Salzburg, Graz Philharmonic, Orchester de Chambre de Lausanne, Hallé Orchestra, BBC Symphony, Philharmonic and Philharmonia Orchestra
  • Won the Sir Jeffrey Tate Prize from Hamburger Symphoniker in 2020 and participated in the Bowers Program of the Chamber Music Society of the Lincoln Center in 2021
  • Collaborated with conductors such as Christoph Eschenbach, Lionel Bringuier, Gabor Takács-Nagy, Sylvain Cambreling, Nicholas Collon and Sir Andras Schiff
  • Participated as a much sought-after chamber musician in numerous festivals throughout Europe, including Rheingau, Bergen, Rosendal, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Sion and Lockenhaus
  • Regularly collaborates with leading international artists, including Janine Jansen, Steven Isserlis, Joshua Bell, Isabelle Faust, Kian Soltani, Nicolas Altstaedt and Christian Tetzlaff
  • Records for the label Harmonia Mundi
  • Plays a viola by Peregrino di Zanetto c.1565-75 on loan from a generous patron of Beare’s International Violin Society
