Isobel Warmelink
  • 1996 (Netherlands)
  • Studied at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague with Koosje van Haeringen and Vera Beths
  • Is currently studying at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg with Prof. Lukas Hagen, the first violinist of the famous Hagen Quartet. She also takes chamber music lessons with Prof. Rainer Schmidt
  • Attended masterclasses with Maxim Vengerov, among others
  • Played as a soloist with orchestras such as the Residentie Orkest, Sinfonia Rotterdam, the Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century and the Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra
  • Was a guest at many major music festivals in the Netherlands, such as Wonderfeel, Oranjewoud Festival and the Utrecht International Chamber Music Festival
  • Won the Oskar Back Prize in 2022 during the Netherlands Violin Competition in Utrecht
  • Received the Anton Kersjes Violin Prize in 2022
  • Was part of the Academy of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra
  • Plays a Landolfi violin from 1755 made available to her by the National Musical Instruments Fund (NMF)
