  • As a cellist he was a member of the leading Swedish string quartet Zkvartetten, the Mahler Chamber Orchestra and the Lucerne Festival Orchestra
  • Daniel Blendulf is one of the most promising young conductors in Scandinavia. He regularly performs for orchestras in his home country of Sweden, including the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra. He also made his debut with the symphony orchestras of Sydney, New Zealand and West Australia, the Finnish and Norwegian broadcasting orchestras, the Trondheim Symphony orchestra, the Zürcher Kammerorchester, the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra and the BBC National Orchestra of Wales
  • As a fervent champion of contemporary music, Blendulf has made numerous world premieres. With the Malmö Symfoniorkester he performed the world premiere of Britta Byström’s Invisible Cities. And he performed the world premiere of Eliasson’s chamber opera Karolinas sömn at the Royal Swedish Opera
