Studied with Lee Luvisi and later completed his studies at the Juilliard School in New York City where he was a piano accompanist for the violin classes of Dorothy DeLay and Itzhak Perlman
Played with, among others, Itzhak Perlman, Antje Weithaas, Tabea Zimmermann, Alban Gerhardt and Jens Peter Maintz
Performs worldwide as pianist of the ATOS Trio and has since won many prizes and awards
As a piano accompanist he has been working for many years with renowned competitions such as the Queen Elisabeth Competition in Brussels, the Joseph Joachim Violin Competition in Hanover, the Indianapolis Violin Competition and the Singapore Violin Competition
Regularly performs with string quartets such as the Shanghai Quartet and Modigliani Quartet
Is professor of chamber music piano at the Folkwang University in Essen, he is also affiliated with the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin and teaches chamber music with the Atos Trio at the Accademia Perosi in Biella, Italy
